PART ONE - Foundations & PhaSe-Based Healing

2 Days | 12 Hours

Day 1: Foundations of Trauma and Attachment
Explore the core principles of trauma and attachment, focusing on how these shape client behaviours, emotions, and relationships. Gain a foundational understanding of trauma responses, attachment styles, and the neurobiology of healing. Learn key concepts of the Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) training to enhance your clinical expertise.

Day 2: Phase-Based Tools for Healing and Integration
Dive into practical, phase-based approaches to address trauma and attachment dysregulation. Discover tools to promote emotional regulation, safety, and client empowerment. Develop skills to facilitate trauma integration and attachment repair using evidence-informed techniques.

PART TWO - Applied Practice & Supervised Integration

3 Days | 20 Hours

Days 3-5: Advanced Training and Supervised Practicum

Deepen your knowledge of the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)® and expand your toolkit for healing complex trauma.
Participate in small group practicum sessions (7-8 hours) to practice the model as both therapist and client, honing your skills in real-time.Learn to implement a complete (ITATM)® protocol step-by-step guidance from experienced trainers.

ITATM Certification Intensive
ITATM™ Training Part 1 & 2 

5 Days | 30 Hours

ITATM™ Certification Training (Parts 1 & 2) A 5-day, 30-hour intensive covering foundational and advanced trauma processing skills. Includes live demonstrations, supervised practicum, full clinical protocol, and training manual.

Fulfills all training requirements for CTIC and ITATM™ Part 1 & 2; prerequisite for advanced training.

ITATM™ Certification & Consultation (Parts 1 & 2 + Six 2-Hour Group Consultations)

5 Days | 30 Hours

ITATM™ Certification & Consultation (Parts 1 & 2 + Six 2-Hour Group Consultations)

A 30-hour clinical intensive designed to equip you with foundational and advanced trauma processing skills. This package includes the full ITATM™ protocol, a supervised practicum (therapist/client roles), and 12 hours of expert-led group consultation to support your clinical implementation.

A Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), Lori is also a Trainer, Consultant Supervisor for STARR Commonwealth, and a member of the APA Trauma Division and the Complex Trauma Treatment Affiliates Program (CTTA). With 18+ years of experience working with diverse populations, Lori’s expertise spans trauma, attachment, mental health, addictions, and more.

She is the creator of the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)®, a multi-modal approach incorporating sensory processing, somatics, CBT, and resource installation to regulate the body, brain, and mind simultaneously. Lori’s award-winning work includes receiving the Award of Excellence (2014) and serving as an expert witness in trauma, attachment, and reconciliation therapy.
