About This Course

This 3-hour training delves into the significant influence of early life experiences on adult attachment and interpersonal relationships. Participants will gain insights into assessing adult attachment styles, identifying emotional and behavioral manifestations of attachment wounding, and employing strategies to foster healing and compassion. The workshop combines theoretical knowledge with practical tools to help practitioners support clients in understanding and transforming attachment-related issues.

Featuring Lead Trainer: Lori Gill, MACP, RP, CTIC

Lori Gill is the Founder and Clinical Director at the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH) and Lori Gill Psychotherapy. She is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), and a Trainer and Consultant Supervisor for STARR Commonwealth. With over 18 years of experience, Lori has worked in various settings, helping children, youth, and adults with trauma, attachment, mental health, and more.

Lori developed the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)®, which integrates multiple modalities like sensory processing, somatics, CBT, and bilateral stimulation to regulate the body, brain, and mind. She is recognized for her contributions to the trauma field, including receiving an Award of Excellence in 2014. Lori also provides consultation, supervision, and wellness therapy to prevent compassion fatigue.
