This advanced three-day workshop, led by Lori Gill, focuses on complex trauma treatment using the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)®. Participants will explore advanced techniques for addressing preverbal trauma, attachment trauma, and dissociation, with practical applications and case consultations. This course is a continuation of the ITATM® certification.

About This Course


Part 3: Integrative Trauma & Attachment Treatment Model® is a three-day intensive workshop designed for those who have completed Parts 1 & 2 and have participated in six 2-hour group consultations. Led by Lori Gill, this advanced training delves into complex trauma treatment, focusing on preverbal trauma, attachment trauma, and the intergenerational transmission of trauma. The course also covers specialized areas such as parts work and dissociation, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of advanced trauma therapy techniques. This training includes both theoretical instruction and practical application, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience with the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)®. Completion of this course is a critical step towards ITATM® and Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) certification.

  • Preverbal Trauma and Attachment Trauma - Techniques for addressing trauma occurring before verbal development
    and Understanding and healing attachment injuries
  • Intergenerational Transmission of Trauma - Identifying and treating trauma passed down through generations
  • Dissociation and Integrative Parts Work - Strategies for working with dissociative states and integrating fragmented parts of the self
  • Complex Trauma and Suicide Ideation - Approaches for managing recurrent suicidal thoughts and complex trauma symptoms
  • Advanced Techniques in ITATM® - Application of advanced ITATM® methods for complex cases
  • Consultation and Case Application - Utilizing group consultations for practical application and skill refinement

Featuring Lead Trainer: Lori Gill, MACP, RP, CTIC

Lori Gill is the Founder and Clinical Director at the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH) and Lori Gill Psychotherapy. She is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), and a Trainer and Consultant Supervisor for STARR Commonwealth. With over 18 years of experience, Lori has worked in various settings, helping children, youth, and adults with trauma, attachment, mental health, and more.

Lori developed the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)®, which integrates multiple modalities like sensory processing, somatics, CBT, and bilateral stimulation to regulate the body, brain, and mind. She is recognized for her contributions to the trauma field, including receiving an Award of Excellence in 2014. Lori also provides consultation, supervision, and wellness therapy to prevent compassion fatigue.
